Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once the Robux have been successfully delivered to your account.
Refunds are only considered in the following specific cases:
- The delivery system failed and the Robux were not sent.
- The order was cancelled before the delivery process started.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy for delivered goods.
2. Delivery Times
While our system is automated and designed for instant delivery, there may be occasions where delivery times are extended.
High Demand
During periods of high traffic or sales, the delivery queue may be longer than usual. Please be patient as our bots process orders sequentially.
Roblox Maintenance
If Roblox services are down or experiencing issues, we may pause deliveries to ensure the safety of your order.
3. Account Safety
We take your account safety seriously. We never ask for your password. However, you are responsible for:
- Providing the correct username and game pass details.
- Ensuring your game pass is configured correctly.
- Keeping your own account credentials secure.
